Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the DecisiveGoal mobile application and website (collectively, the “Services”) operated by DecisiveGoal (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Conduct

- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Services

Intellectual Property
The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by DecisiveGoal and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Services.
Fantasy Sports and Game Play
Our Services provide fantasy sports games that involve an element of skill. The following rules apply:
- All competitions are based on actual sporting events and player statistics
- Game rules and scoring systems are clearly described within the app
- We reserve the right to modify game mechanics with reasonable notice
- In the event of disputed results, our decision is final
- Any suspected cheating or collusion will result in account termination
In-App Purchases
The Services may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DECISIVEGOAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DecisiveGoal from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services or third parties, or for any other reason.
